Ingredients
2.5 L           Water
400 g           Black glutinous rice
3 pcs            Pandan leaves
250 g           Caster sugar
250 ml         Coconut milk – thick
250 ml          Water
½ tsp           Salt
METHOD :
- Washed the black glutinous rice and bring to boil with water and pandan leaves together until cook.
- Add in the sugar and stir well.
- Pour in the mixtures of coconut milk, water and salt into the porridge while stirring slowly until thicken
