" Usah Dituruti Reaksi Emosi, Lantaran Implikasi Tak Serasi Dengan Apa Yang Diimiginasi "



400 g            Glutinous Rice
100 ml          Coconut Milk – thick
300 ml          Water
¼ tsp             Salt

Topping :
10 g            Cake Flour
20 g            Corn flour
¼ tsp           Salt
30 g             Caster Sugar
200 g           Palm Sugar
300 ml         Coconut milk – thick
4 nos            Egg

  1. Soaked the glutinous rice for a few hour before hand.
  2. Drained the rice and mixed together with coconut milk, water and salt. Bring to steamed for 20 minutes.
  3. Removed from the steamer and stir well the rice. Flattened and pressed the rice until firm in the baking tray and leaves aside.
  4. Bring to boil palm sugar. Leaves to cool.
  5. In a mixing bowl, place the flour, cornflour, eggs, salt and sugar together and stir well.
  6.   Add in the palm sugar, and coconut milk together and pour into the egg mixtures.
  7. Pour the mixture onto the rice and bring to steamed for another 20 minutes.
  8. Removed from the steamer and leaves to cool before cutting and served.
